Delphine Martin – New Group Chief People Officer

 

Baobab Group  announced today the arrival of Delphine Martin as Group Chief People Officer.

Delphine will oversee Baobab Group’s human resources in the 10 subsidiaries in Africa and China providing support to the over 3,800 employees in the Group.

“I am excited to join Baobab Group as Chief People Officer and look forward to collaborating with the dynamic and talented people contributing to its mission of providing digital financial services to individuals and entrepreneurs,” said Delphine Martin. “Baobab Group is undergoing a digital transformation across Africa and China, and I look forward to the opportunity and challenge of accompanying the staff in this change process.”

Delphine joins Baobab from F.Iniciativas, where she was Chief Human Resources Officer for over 6 years. She has held similar positions in international companies for over 18 years with experiences in defining and guiding strategic human resources initiatives. “Delphine is specialized in the development and growth of international companies and will help our management teams and staff through Baobab’s digital transformation,” said Arnaud Ventura, Baobab Group Founder and CEO.

Delphine is a Psychologist by training.
